The processing of personal data in article 16 of the general terms and conditions of sale and The Privacy Policy for Customers supplement the Privacy Policy for Visitors and apply to anyone who places an order with 3s*Balance.

3s*Balance can use the data provided by the customer for the following purposes:

1b. Sending one or more e-mails relating to the ordered item, such as, but not limited to, an e-mail containing login details.
1c. Bringing (occasional) attention to a product, tip, skill, etc., which 3s*Balance believes can contribute to a more successful website for the customer.
2. Providing data to third parties
Information provided by the customer to 3s*Balance will never be passed on to third parties. There is an exception to this rule: when a court order has been issued to provide data.
3. Security
